Auction: Unreserved New & Pre-Loved Designer Fashion & Furniture (Due To Lease Forfeiture)

‘Tanshire Park recently commissioned Wellers to handle and auction all the contents and furniture resulting from an office forfeiture. Throughout the process from cataloguing to sale, Eric and his team managed the sale very smoothly keeping us fully updated as to progress. Wellers achieved for us an excellent result above our expectations. We will definitely be using Wellers again should the need arise.’

Auction: Unreserved New & Pre-Loved Designer Fashion & Furniture (Due To Lease Forfeiture)

On Tuesday 13th September, over 200 lots of commercial catering equipment, restaurant furniture, bar accessories and consumables went under the hammer at what was formally known as Junoon’s Restaurant in Camberley. Wellers Auctions were instructed by the shopping centre management company to liquidate all assets of the unit due to a lease forfeiture. The auction campaign generated over 14,000 views online and grossed almost £8,000 in total – with the bailiffs original valuation coming in at around £2,000. We had 133 registered bidders, contributing to a 100% sell through rate.
